The Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla, WA is among the oldest operational prisons in the country. With that comes a rich, dark history. A series of shorts examines the time period in the 1970s when the prison was part of a great experiment that put the power in the hands of the prisoners, and the ensuing chaos that followed.
